Ordering
Go to one of the Categories pages or Product pages and click on the product you are interested in purchasing, click Add to Cart button to add the product into the shopping cart. When you are done with shopping, click on the Shopping Cart menu at the right top corner. Confirm your items in the shopping cart and click Process to go to checkout page and enter your contact and payment information by as what instruction is stated.
Delivery
Worldwide Shipping fee is $10.00 fixed price regardless the quantity and weight of your order. We are currently offering Mother's Day 2017 FREE SHIPPING for US order shipment. The offer will be ended by May 15, 2017. If order is placed on business days, we guarantee to ship your order within 24 hours after confirming your payment. During the weekends or national holiday, we do our best to ship out your orders no later than 48 hours, unless special circumstance occurs, we will inform you through email immediately. If products are out of stock, we will inform you the expected delivery time as soon as possible. All orders are sent through national post office in normal cases. Tracking information is only provided to US shipment in the shipment confirmation email once the shipment is ready to be processed. Delivery time is varied up to 14 business days.

Notice: Although, we provide worldwide delivery from our US warehouse. However, we have different warehouses located in different regions as well, so if your shipping address is within EU, Australia and New Zealand, please choose the appropriate delivery areas HERE
Return & Replacement
Our refund / exchange policy is up to 14 days counted from the products arrival day. If the damage is occurred, please contact us with pictures showing the damaged parts. After confirming the product condition, we will ship a new order within 48 hours. In this case, customers do not need to return to us. For general exchange, it is customers' responsible to pay for the post stamp with a tracking code to ship back to our local warehouse. A package slip will be emailed to customers for package label. We will take care of the post stamp when new products are shipped to customers.
Customers should follow the relevant instructions and recommendations in the leaflet enclosed with the product to avoid the damaging the products.
For refund, please ship the products with a tracking code. The products for refund must be in safe condition and in original package. Please contact us with your order number. Once we receive the package and confirm everything, we will make the refund within 3 business days with notification email.
Notice: Refund does not include shipping fee.

We accept major credit card payment option provided by Paypal (Master Card, VISA Card, American Express, JBC and etc.). Price listed in the shop does not include sales tax. Please keep in mind that customers may need to pay tax if local custom makes the request. Please subscribe our newsletter for updating promotion information.
